automatic motivation.

when you do something uncomfortable your mind automatically tells you to stop.
and when you are conditioning you cant listen to that consoling thought.
you have to keep going and going hard if you want to become better and stronger.
if you stop even once, you will keep stopping.
i have learned this over my years of soccer and basketball.
it is a great lesson learned.
so, even if you think you cant keep going, you can. no matter what.
