My First Kiss.

he must like me.

i smile every time someone simply mentions valentine's day.

it started off with a text. "Sarah :) Happy Valentine's Day <3"

then he took me out for lunch.

decorated my car with valentine's saying the most perfect words to make my heart jump out of my chest.

bought me my favorite candy. (and i gave him a card and his favorite candy)

gave me a bouquet of flowers and met my parents.

and ended with a long hug goodbye.

simply stated to be the best Valentine's Day ever.

i found him.

the guy who wants to be around you...

even if you had just played a basketball game and didnt smell the best.

the guy who will tell you that you are beautiful...

even when you arent wearing make up and didnt get ready.

the guy who makes you smile..

every time you think of him.

the guy who will walk you to your car...

even though his car is in the opposite direction.

the guy who still wants to hang out..

even though you have hung out for the past three nights in a row.

he is amazing.

and i want to shout it to the world.

first kiss coming soon? i hope so.

smile for the world to see.

i got my braces off.

got my gaps filled.

teeth are whitened.

i am ready.

ready to smile all day and everyday.

a future career?

i love anything thta has to do with photography.

taking pictures.

editing pictures.

posing for pictures.

looking at pictures.

saving pictures.

framing pictures.

it might as well be an obsession.

attack of the turf

they are everywhere.

in my socks. in my shoes. on my floor.

 and in the certain random place that make you think "Now, how in the world did they get in there?"

you will end vacuuming twice a day and still find them in your room.

and everyday the pile gets bigger.

when your finds them she gets mad.

for those of you who have played any sport on a turf field, we share this common enemy.

my floor has been turf palate free for awhile now. hence it is basketball season, and not soccer.

but, i started indoor soccer today. and as i took off my cleats, guess what came flying out?

turf.

so, my free time will be spent vacuuming my room for the season.

sweet 16

thats right everybody, i am officially 16.  and i am loving every minute of it. for those of you who have already turned 16 you know how i feel, and for those who are not yet 16, be excited.

dating.

driving.

my first phone.

school dances.

my first car.

braces are off.

money.

all the joys of turning 16.

i loved spending time with my friends and family. people you love. they are the best.

i hope everyone has a fantastic birthday (whenever that may be!)

sometimes we need a break.

this is the time most high schoolers have been waiting for.

christmas break.

sleeping in. hanging out. watching movies. giving gifts. vacations. and drinking hot chocolate of course!

a break from listening to teachers, drama, homework, caring about waht you look like every second of the day, and waking up early.

dont waste this time. use it wisely.

i havent posted in awhile.

in fact, i havent been on the computer in awhile.

reason for my absence?
one word.

basketball.

it has literally taken over my life. and you know what? i am okay with that.

so update on me.

less than a month until...

i am 16

i get my braces off

i get a cell phone

christmas break

a new year

i get my lisence/car

and 2nd semester of my sophomore year!

so. this is christmas.

it might be a little early to post about this but i couldnt contain it.
as my family and i were setting up christmas decorations and listening to holiday music, i decided that i am so incredibly excited for christmas this year. and it has finally hit me that it is only a few weeks away. i hope most of you feel the same way. i love driving the road home at night and seeing christmas lights lit and hung, it makes me smile. they are just pretty. no denying it. snow? i am usually adverse to the idea, but no one can say that they dont want a white christmas. i love a first snow, where it is beautiful. kids sled. teens ski and snowboard. and then you come insde and enjoy some warm hot chocolate. now what can be better than that?  oh yeah, giving gifts. dont get me wrong recieving gifts is great to but, there is that special feeling that you get when you see someone open a present that has not left your mind since you got it for them. and giving gifts for charity is also amazing. and of course, our savior, was born.

 so hopefully, you will all be filled with christmas cheer, i know i am.
